Breckenridge recently announced they will be open the weekends of June 1-2 and June 8-9.  This is one of the longest seasons in the history of skiing at Breckenridge Ski Resort.  More snow records continue to be broken as the snow just keeps on falling.  Over 450 inches of snow has been reported for the 2018/19 season.  With an additional 17 inches of snow last week, the mountain continues to offer fresh snow mixed in with warm sunshine.  It is a perfect time to take some runs and then enjoy a meal or beverage at the base of the mountain. During the two additional weekends on June 1 - 2 and June 8 - 9, operations will continue to be based out of Peak 7, with access to primarily advanced, and expert-level terrain.  This will be via the Independence SuperChair.  With the abundance of spring snowfall, now is the time to take advantage being able to ski in June at one of the best ski resorts in North America.  There can never be too many ski days or too many turns to carve.  I would imagine we can find some powder stashes and fresh lines as well!
