Prospector
Prospector is a gastropub that opened in the spring of 2024. Located in one of Breckenridge's oldest buildings, it unites the town's thrilling history with contemporary cuisine. The menu features seasonal specials and signature cocktails. In the summer, you'll find dishes like lobster rolls; in the winter, noodle bowls and steak with garlic aioli. The drink menu offers creative twists on classic cocktails. Like spooky stuff? The building, which dates back to 1892, is supposedly occupied by a resident ghost named Sylvia! Prospector is a fun, historic restaurant for Breckenridge visitors to enjoy this ski season.
Highside Brewing
Breckenridge's newest brewery is Highside Brewing! With two other popular locations in Frisco and Fairplay, Highside is a familiar name in Colorado. The brewers will be serving up delicious, unique beers right on North Main Street. With 15 signature beers on tap, you'll have plenty of options for apres drinks! Bring your favorite dish to snack on while you sip! Traveling with a dog? Fido is welcome at the brewery!

Looking Ahead - Peak 9 Lift Upgrades
There is a lot to be excited about in the near future! The Breckenridge Master Plan, announced in 2022, proposed a new two stage gondola and six passenger chairlift for Peak 9. The gondola would add 2,200 seats per hour to this popular portal. It would also add a detachable replacement for the existing C-Chair, which would be a faster six seat lift that could carry 3,000 skiers per hour. These upgrades would decrease crowding and improve skier access. Construction is expected to commence in summer of 2025, beginning with a new gondola learning center.
