Breckenridge Resort opens more terrain

December 11, 2017

The ski resorts in Summit County had a busy month of November as they prepared for opening day. Now that the chairlifts are turning and skiers are getting in those anticipated runs, everyone is anxiously looking at weather reports hoping for the next big snowfall.

Despite the warm conditions, Breckenridge Resort has been working hard to open more terrain to provide guests with the best experience. As of November 22nd, the SuperConnect, Springmeier Trail, and the Park Lane terrain park became accessible on Peak 8.
On Peak 9, The Maggie, Ten Mile Station, and the new Candy Corner opened on November 22nd. The Quicksilver Super Chair and the Peak 9 learning area also became available.

Currently, Breckenridge has 8 out of 34 lifts open and 13 accessible trails. Let's continue our snow dance and ask Ullr to provide us with that much-needed powder that makes Breckenridge one of the best places to ski.
