New features to the mountain include the new base area at Peak 8 with updates you won't even recognize how it was before.  There is a new hotel, expanded patio, new ski school facility, ice rink, drop off locations and more.  It gives the resort enhanced features to indulge and explore at the peak 8 base. There is so much to do in Breckenridge it is the perfect winter getaway for your family or friends.  From skiing and riding at the resort, to snowshoeing, cross country skiing and adventuring around the other mountains.  Playing in Breckenridge is perfect for all ages and abilities.  There is no shortage of things to do. I love the combination of recreating at the resort and then being able to walk around the town of Breckenridge.  The charming storefronts combined with local flavors and unique shops give a variety of places to browse and enjoy.  There are dozens of amazing restaurants to choose from too.  The historic buildings filled with rich mining history combine modern day with the old town feel.  It is truly the perfect mountain town to discover and embrace.
