Pumpkin Spice Lattes are back at Starbucks, there's a chill in the air, and the Aspens are starting to turn gold... and SKI SEASON is almost upon us! We are eagerly anticipating our favorite time of year and starting to count down the days until we can put our skis back on and slide down the mountain. Here are the things we are most looking forward to in the coming months while we wait for the snow to start falling.

2. 10th Annual Winter Dew Tour Ski and Snowboard Competition - Dec 14-17
Winter Dew Tour ski and snowboard competition and festival will return to Breckenridge, Colo. December 14-17, 2017. The event will serve as a U.S. Ski & Snowboard Olympic qualifying event for men’s and women’s halfpipe and slope style snowboarding and skiing competitions. Aside from incredible feats of athleticism, this is a not-to-be-missed social event of the season, with concerts, parties, and all-around merriment.
3. ULLR FEST - Jan 10-13
Ullr Fest will celebrate 55 years January 10-13, 2018! The Town of Breckenridge invites snow lovers of all ages to join the party. During Ullr Festin Breckenridge, don’t be surprised to see horned Viking hats adorning the heads of skiers and snowboarders. This festival honors the Norse god of snow, and celebrates all things ski culture.
4. 28th Annual Breckenridge International Snow Sculpture Championships - Jan 22-29
Artists from all over come to compete in this incredible showcase of sculptural talent. The Snow Sculptures are located in the area around the Riverwalk Center at 150 West Adams Avenue, Breckenridge, CO 80424. Event headquarters are in the Riverwalk Center and referred to as the Thaw Lounge + Music.
5. Mardi Gras Celebration - Feb 13
Each year, New Orleans visitors and Mardi Gras lovers take over Breckenridge with masks, boas, beads, music and revelry to commemorate the carnival season. Join us on Main Street for a New Orleans-Style Mardi Gras party!
